• Up to 50,200 sq ft (4,700 sq m) GIA of retail, restaurants, cafés and bars, in units of varying sizes to complement the existing town centre offer
• Up to 225 new, elegant residential apartments (225,000 sq ft / 20,900 sq m) GIA, with a mix of one, two and three bedrooms
• 153 parking spaces at basement level, with a further 225 spaces provided in the adjacent multi-story car park on the Broadway where there are proposals for an extension of the car park, which has full planning permission and is being progressed by RBWM
